Mechanical Inspection: review of mast, substructure, drawworks, rotary table, crown block, traveling block, hook, swivel and drilling floor equipment.
Power System Review: inspection of CAT 3512 generator sets, auxiliary generator set, generator rooms, power distribution room, cables and related power systems.
Electric Drive Review: verification of VFD control system, control cabinets, MCC units, drilling control room and related electrical components.
Mud Pump & Circulation Review: inspection of F-1600 mud pumps, mud tanks, high-pressure manifold, valves, hoses, pipelines and solids control equipment.
Well Control Equipment Review: checking of BOP stack, BOP control unit, choke manifold, kill manifold, pressure rating and related control lines.
Top Drive Review: inspection and overhaul arrangement for the 500-ton top drive can be discussed before shipment.
