This refurbished Shaangu TRT turbo expander generator set is designed for blast furnace top gas pressure recovery and power generation applications in steel plants. The unit is suitable for projects involving blast furnace energy recovery, TRT replacement, technical revamp, and capacity upgrading.
The TRT unit has an inlet flowrate of 1981.25 m³/min, inlet pressure of 0.251 MPa(A), inlet temperature of 200°C, discharge pressure of 0.131 MPa(A), output power of 3700 kW, and working speed of 3000 r/min. It is matched with a 6.3 kV three-phase synchronous generator with rated output of 4500 kW and rated capacity of 5.625 MVA.
