KDON-3000/3000 Air Separation Unit

This KDON-3000/3000 air separation unit is designed for continuous oxygen and nitrogen production for industrial gas applications. The unit delivers 3000 Nm³/h oxygen with purity of 99.6% O₂ and 3000 Nm³/h nitrogen with oxygen content of 100 ppm O₂. Oxygen is delivered at 0.8 MPa(G) and 40°C, while nitrogen is delivered at 2.5 MPa(G) and 40°C.

The package adopts molecular sieve pre-purification, turbo expander refrigeration, double-column rectification, and external compression for both oxygen and nitrogen products.
