This 820–3620mm SSAW spiral welded pipe mill line is designed for manufacturing extra-large-diameter spiral welded steel pipes with an outside diameter range of 820mm to 3620mm. The line uses steel coil as raw material, with coil width up to 1800mm and wall thickness up to 26mm.
The line can cover key process sections from coil feeding, uncoiling, leveling, strip guiding and forming to spiral submerged arc welding, cutting, pipe conveying and finished pipe handling. It is suitable for producing extra-large-diameter spiral welded pipes for water transmission, drainage pipe, piling pipe, structural pipe, industrial pipeline, municipal engineering, port construction and large infrastructure projects.
This used spiral pipe mill line is suitable for pipe mills, steel processing plants, large-diameter pipe projects, equipment replacement projects and export-oriented steel pipe manufacturing projects.
