This 600 rebar rolling mill production line is designed for hot rolling rebar and steel bar products. The line is equipped with a 600 three-high blooming / roughing mill, followed by 14 rolling mill stands, including 500, 450, 400 and 350 rolling mill units. It is suitable for steel plants planning rebar production, bar rolling projects, used hot rolling mill relocation, or rolling line upgrading.
The main roughing section adopts a 600 three-high billet opening mill with 1500mm roll face. The following rolling section includes 500 one-motor-two-stand mill groups, 450 one-motor-two-stand mill groups, 400 one-motor-two-stand mill groups, and 350 one-motor-two-stand mill groups. The 350 mill section is equipped with two 1250 kW DC motors. The line also includes No.3 flying shears, a 68m × 8.5m cooling bed, one Guoli cold shear with 500-ton cutting capacity, and one set of normal collecting equipment.
This used rebar rolling mill line can be inspected according to buyer requirements. The final rebar size range depends on billet size, roll pass design, guide system, rolling schedule, cooling bed configuration and buyer’s production requirements.
