This 550 section steel rolling mill line is designed for producing medium and small section steel products, including angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, flat bar, round bar and square bar. It can be used as an angle steel rolling mill line, channel steel production line, I-beam rolling mill line, and general steel profile rolling mill line.
The line is equipped with a 550 three-high roughing mill, multiple 420 one-motor-one-stand rolling mill units, flying shear, cooling bed, straightening machine, sawing machines, collecting and bundling equipment. It is suitable for steel rolling plants, profile steel production projects, used hot rolling mill relocation, and second-hand rolling mill upgrading projects.
The main roughing mill adopts a 550 three-high rolling mill with a 1250 kW main motor. The 420 rolling mill units are equipped with 800 kW and 1000 kW DC motors, providing flexible rolling capability for different section steel products. The line also includes a Tianjin Boji No.3 flying shear, a 47m × 14.5m cooling bed, a 400 straightening machine and 8 sets of 800 sawing machines for cutting, collecting and bundling.
