Spiral Pipe Mill | 426–2020mm SSAW Spiral Welded Pipe Mill Line

This 426–2020mm SSAW spiral welded pipe mill line is designed for manufacturing large-diameter spiral welded steel pipes with an outside diameter range of 426mm to 2020mm. The line uses steel coil as raw material, with coil width up to 1500mm and wall thickness up to 18mm.

The line can cover key process sections from coil feeding, uncoiling, leveling, strip guiding and forming to spiral submerged arc welding, cutting, pipe conveying and finished pipe handling. It is suitable for producing large-diameter spiral welded pipes for water transmission, drainage pipe, piling pipe, structural pipe, industrial pipeline and general construction pipe applications.

This used spiral pipe mill line is suitable for pipe mills, steel processing plants, industrial pipe projects, equipment replacement projects and export-oriented steel pipe manufacturing projects. Final product specifications should be confirmed according to coil width, wall thickness, forming angle, welding system, steel grade and buyer’s project requirements.
