This 219–1220mm SSAW spiral welded pipe mill line is designed for manufacturing spiral welded steel pipes with an outside diameter range of 219mm to 1220mm. The line uses steel coil as raw material, with coil width up to 1800mm and wall thickness range from 4mm to 14mm.
The line can cover key process sections from coil feeding, uncoiling, leveling, strip guiding and forming to spiral submerged arc welding, cutting, pipe conveying and finished pipe handling. It is suitable for producing spiral welded pipes for water transmission, structural pipe, piling pipe, drainage pipe, industrial pipeline and other general steel pipe applications.
This used spiral pipe mill line is suitable for pipe mills, steel processing plants, industrial pipe projects, equipment replacement projects and export-oriented steel pipe manufacturing projects. Final product specifications should be confirmed according to coil width, wall thickness, forming angle, welding system, steel grade and buyer’s project requirements.
