This KDON(Ar)-20000/15000/700 air separation unit was engineered by Kaifeng Air Separation Group Co., Ltd. for continuous production of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon products for industrial gas, metallurgy, and related process industries. The plant is rated for 20,000 Nm³/h oxygen, 15,000 Nm³/h nitrogen, and 650 Nm³/h argon, with additional liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon output.

The unit adopts molecular sieve purification, full rectification argon production, external oxygen compression, and booster turbo expansion for stable long-cycle operation. According to the technical attachment, the main air compression system, oxygen compression system, nitrogen compression system, and selected key packages were supplied or matched by ShaanGu, while the core ASU process package was provided by Kaifeng Air Separation Group.
