The mill is designed for precision cold rolling of carbon steel strip and low-carbon steel strip materials, with high rolling force, stable strip tension control, and reliable thickness and shape control performance.
The mill is suitable for processing raw material thickness from 1.5mm to 4.0mm and width from 800mm to 1300mm. The finished strip thickness range is 0.2mm to 2.0mm, with finished strip width from 900mm to 1300mm. The equipment supports a maximum rolling force of 20,000 kN, maximum rolling speed of 900 m/min, maximum uncoiling speed of 400 m/min, and maximum coiling speed of 960 m/min.
This six-high reversible cold mill is suitable for carbon steel strip production, precision cold reduction, steel service centers, and cold rolling line upgrading projects. The equipment is used, well-maintained, and available for inspection anytime.
