This rotary kiln zinc oxide recovery solution is designed for recycling zinc-bearing metallurgical dust and solid waste, such as blast furnace dust, electric furnace dust, zinc-bearing sludge and carbon-containing tailing materials.
After raw material analysis, the zinc-bearing material, reducing agent and auxiliary materials are mixed and fed into the rotary kiln. Under high-temperature reducing conditions, zinc compounds are reduced and volatilized as zinc vapor. The vapor is then oxidized in the gas phase to form zinc oxide dust, which is collected through the cooling and bag filter dust collection system.
The project can be customized according to zinc content, raw material composition, fuel condition, target capacity and environmental requirements.
